Can I improve the quality of sound in my vehicle while maintaining the factory radio?
Yes, many manufacturers are addressing the OEM intergration option -- JL Audio, for example, has developed a product with four 32 band equalizers that are wired into the factory speaker leads to process the singnals to a flat response, the "Clean Sweep" then transmitts the signal to your aftermarket amplifiers thus recreating the benefit of an aftermarket stereo while retaining the factory head unit. Why do I need an aftermarket alarm when my car comes with one?
The advantages of an aftermarket alarm begin with an impact sensor, most factory systems do not have this feature -- Generally factory systems only go off if the door triggers are opened, not if a window is broken. Also, a key feature to aftermarket security systems is starter ignition kill -- simply stated it keeps your vehicle from being stolen should your car actually get broken into. Lastly, but certainly not least, are the numerous additional convienences that can be added (ie; autostart, window control, rear window mag switch [pick up trucks], trunk pop, and gps tracking).

Matt Rossiter
President
A hobbiest turned pro. That is my story. From building speaker boxes in high school woodshop and receiving my first $20 bill for istalling a buddy's amplifier. My interest and passion for sound is still a strong as ever. I think that transpires to our business. Many of our customers come in with a budget and simply let us choose the best equipment for their needs. That is the best feeling, knowing they trust your opinion 100%. Thank you for your business, it allows me to do what I love for a living! How lucky is that!

I'll tell you that this question has perplexed me for a few days. My appreciation for equipment is more than a name, a look or how much it costs. My fovorite pieces of equipment are the one's that were started with great engineering, premium parts (not just off the shelf) and the quality controls in assembly that will ensure that the products will last for years. As an owner this transpires to the products we carry. We at Soundsational are blessed to do business with the finest companies that offer products to our industry. These companies have (in our opinion) not only the very finest of products but also have the best support staff to go with them; the support staff is key if you should ever experience any problem with your gear. In short, my fovorite gear is the stuff we sell. Not because we want you to buy from us, but because if we didn't like it it would not be in our store! Period.
