Matt Rossiter
President
A hobbiest turned pro. That is my story. From building speaker boxes in high school woodshop and receiving my first $20 bill for installing a buddy's amplifier. My interest and passion for sound is still a strong as ever. I think that transpires to our business. Many of our customers come in with a budget and simply let us choose the best equipment for their needs. That is the best feeling, knowing they trust your opinion 100%. Thank you for your business, it allows me to do what I love for a living! How lucky is that!

I'll tell you that this question has perplexed me for a few days. My appreciation for equipment is more than a name, a look or how much it costs. My fovorite pieces of equipment are the one's that were started with great engineering, premium parts (not just off the shelf) and the quality controls in assembly that will ensure that the products will last for years. As an owner this transpires to the products we carry. We at Soundsational are blessed to do business with the finest companies that offer products to our industry. These companies have (in our opinion) not only the very finest of products but also have the best support staff to go with them; the support staff is key if you should ever experience any problem with your gear. In short, my fovorite gear is the stuff we sell. Not because we want you to buy from us, but because if we didn't like it it would not be in our store! Period.

Raianne Rossiter
Administration and Customer Service
For Raianne ("Rai") getting involved in car audio was a package deal -- if she was gonna ride with Matt, it was part of the package. Ten years ago she didn't even know to ask what kind of car when inquiring about a wiring harness, and the most she knew about sound quality and staging was the volume knob, bass and treble. Now, Raianne has embraced the industry and the love of good sound -- for Rai, mother of four small children and co-owner of Soundsational, her "happy place" is in her Suburban with her stereo turned up so loud she can't even begin to hear her cell phone. The best part of car audio, in her opinion, is helping educate the customer who comes in and says, "I want some new stuff in my car, but I don't need or want one of those loud booming things." To show the customer what good sound and good separation can do for your appreciation of the music. And while it might seem she's biased in her opinion -- "Soundsational is different because we truly care about the people involved with our business, as customers and as employees. Everyone in this place is an individual, with different wants, needs and desires -- we pride ourselves in being able to take the time to find out what those are and help achieve greatness in what they receive from Soundsational."

Nick Drey
Fabrication
Nick's first experience with car audio was staying up until 4 a.m. on a school night to help his stepbrother install his first stereo; he had been bitten by the bug. Besides being downright loud Nick also enjoys the creative side of car audio -- he has discovered that his hobby is something he can make a career out of. To Nick the best part about working in this industry is firing up the system for the first time, and if he had to sum up car audio five words or less: "My chest hurts!" Nick's dream car: 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 V-spec II
Go Patriots!!

Noah Chamberlin
Technical, Alarms, Sound Quality
Car audio and installations have been a passion of Noah's since he was in high school. After high school an opportunity arose for him to move to Colorado and go to work for one of the larger independent chains there -- he says that was the best decision he ever made. He says that other jobs before car audio were just that, jobs -- he never really enjoyed them and it was hard to even get up in the morning for them -- since entering the car audio field he no longer feels that way -- to Noah it's not work, it's fun and exciting. For Noah the best part of car audio (besides being a blast) is the end result; hearing the way the system sounds and sharing that first experience with the customer. In his own words, the best part about working in car audio, "Working on sweet cars and making sound ..... Soundsational." His dream car: 1969 Chevelle SS, G35, and a twin turbo Toyota Supra (well and a Corvette)
